Jim McDowell
CEO, Three Six Zero Industries
Before co-founding Three Six Zero Industries, Jim served as an Engineering and Contracts Executive, where he led lean productivity initiatives, policy strategies, and procedure compliance. Jim was also responsible for the design, training, and implementation of Management Operating Systems and policies and procedures. Jim's strong leadership skills were considered an asset in these roles, and he excelled in the detail-oriented tasks of contract management and negotiations. Having worked first-hand in construction, engineering, and procurement alike, Jim's unique experience allows for expert advising.
